To ensure a pleasant stay for you and our neighbors, please observe the following house rules. These guidelines help us maintain the apartment in excellent condition for all guests.
Check-in 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Check-out By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request
Please contact us if your arrival is delayed
Key handover will be arranged in advance
Maximum guests: As specified in your rental agreement
Registered guests only: All occupants must be listed in the rental contract
Visitors: Daytime visitors are welcome; overnight guests must be pre-approved
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
During quiet hours, please:
Keep noise to a minimum
Use TV and music at low volume
Avoid activities that disturb neighbors
The building is primarily residential. Please be considerate of our neighbors at all times.
No smoking inside the apartment
Smoking is permitted only on the terrace
Please dispose of cigarettes properly
Do not throw cigarette butts from the terrace
Pets may be considered upon request
Please inform us before booking if you plan to bring a pet
Additional cleaning fee may apply
Pets must not disturb neighbors
You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet
Please clean dishes, cookware, and surfaces after use
Do not leave food waste in the apartment
Use the appropriate waste bins (see recycling guidelines)
Washing machine available for your use
Follow instructions provided for all appliances
Report any malfunctions immediately
Montecatini Terme has door-to-door waste collection. Please separate according to instructions which will be available in the property. Please help us be environmentally responsible:
Turn off lights and appliances when not in use
Close windows when heating or air conditioning is running
Report any water leaks or dripping taps
Set heating/cooling to reasonable temperatures (suggested: 20°C winter, 25°C summer)
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment
Do not share keys or make copies without permission
Safeguard your belongings - we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
Report any security concerns immediately
Plumbing issues (leaks, clogs)
Electrical problems
Heating/cooling malfunctions
Broken appliances or furniture
Pest sightings
Minor damages caused during your stay should be reported
Costs for repairs beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit
Intentional damage may result in additional charges
An inventory of furniture, appliances, and kitchenware will be signed at check-in. Please ensure all items are present and in good condition at check-out.
The private terrace is for your enjoyment. Please:
Keep the terrace tidy
Do not throw anything from the terrace
Bring in furniture during storms

WiFi is provided for normal residential use. Please:
Do not share the password with non-residents
Report any connectivity issues
Avoid illegal downloads or streaming
You may receive mail and packages at the apartment address. Please ensure your name is on the mailbox label (we'll arrange this for longer stays).

Parties or events
Excessive noise at any time
Illegal activities of any kind
Subletting or hosting paying guests (e.g., Airbnb)
Commercial activities without written permission
Modifications to the apartment or furniture
Candles or open flames (fire hazard)
